Sometimes I get angry emails sent to me at HardballTalk. Rarely, however, are they as good as this one, inspired by my observation that perhaps Americans’ privacy is not being respected in the context of third party subpoenas to telecom companies.

The worst part? It came from Batman. After all of the things I’ve done for him, THIS is how he repays me.
