Hey all: I’m taking a mental health break from the diary today.
No big reason. Everything’s fine. It’s mostly a matter of having written a thousand or two words every day for over two months now and needing an evening (and, as I’m writing this, following morning) in which I just put the news and the computer and things down and try to get out of my head a bit.
It’s a nice day here. I’m going to pull some weeds and plant some flowers and smoke a pork shoulder and generally try to have a normal spring Saturday.
I hope you have as normal a spring Saturday as possible too.
